UPDATE 3:25om: The email came about two hours after requesting the password reset, so all is good now. Not sure whether it was just a glitch or somebody fixed something somewhere. But all good now. Hi, This would ideally go to the support desk, but since the problem is related to my account there I can't do that. I have tried to create an account for the support portal. No issues were encountered during the creation, but I never received the activation//confirmation email. If I try to sign-up again, I'm being told that the email is already taken, so the account seems to have been created. I did the registration a couple of months back, but forgot all about it, but I obviously would like to get the account working, in case I need to submit a ticket. If I request a password reset from the sign-in page, it appears to be sending the email, but I don't get any emails. I have checked the spam filter and it doesn't catch it, s oit seems the email is never sent or somehow not reaching me at all. I'd appreciate if somone could look into this matter. /Mark
