In today's (yesterday's?) patch notes a little core change has been mentioned:
    Core:
    • Fixed several issues with the TVM-430 system to ensure it operates appropriately as per prototype.
There have been problems with TVM triggers on LGV, but the community back then was truly split as to what was supposed to work and what was wrong. Would it be possible to get some definitive word as to how it works now, what triggers it and what's fine? (probably from Matt? :D) Are the tolerances included as well?

E.g. (IIRC) when you have 320 on the TVM, it actually checks for 320+tolerance (335). When 300 appears flashing, the next point should still check for 335, 300 stops flashing (if no more speed reduction is necessary) and the point AFTER that checks for 300+tolerance (315).

Is this how it works or was this a wrong theory back when it has been discussed? Fixed TVM is a great thing, but before hopping into a TGV I should probably know, what exactly I should expect.
