PS5 Flashing Headlights On Ai Class 66

I have seen this several times now. On AI trains with the Class 66, the headlights are flashing. What does this mean? Is it a bug?

 

You could be seeing this button activated, but it only stays on for a bit and shuts off from I have noticed.

 

Yeah been getting this on most of the TSW3 and newer 66s on the Steam version as well.

 

Hazard lights have been around for several decades.

Most trains have them, they tell approaching drivers to take care.
