On Series X, flickering cab textures are still happening on certain trains. For me, it's the HST and all of the electrostars. Below is a clip from the HST to demonstrate. It appears to be only certain textures, like text under buttons and switches, or white highlights on switches.
From what I’ve seen this may be related to an Unreal Engine issue, it’s quite noticeable on the Acela also is where I see most prominent but also on a lot of other trains.
