PS5 Flowers / Plants Not Spawning East Coastway Properly In Fov

Has anyone noticed a problem with the plants? As they come closer to the train they suddenly turn white like a bag of ballast and then as you get even more closer they turn back to normal green, this happens all over the route from seaford to Polegate-Glynde and falmer.

It's very distracting, the graphics change in such a close field of view.
