Hi, I think it would be pretty nice for the flying Scotsman to be added to the game for its 100th anniversary. It would feature 3 liveries , LNER green, wartime black and it's BR green livery. Just thought this would be a nice add on for the game seeing as it would celebrate an important event.
ok but for what routes? there are no routes currently in game that would suit Flying Scotsman in any of her liveries. FS never ran between Crewe and Liverpool during her time in revenue earning service. Yes, she could be layered onto SEHS hauling railtours but that's about it..
Between 1950 and 1953 the Scotsman was based at Leicester Central on the Great Central Railway, If that route is ever done it could be on there.
I have no doubt that we'll see the Flying Scotsman show up in TSW at some point. DTG are still working on steam features at the moment, I'd like to see them get all the issues with Spirit of Steam and manual firing added before we see more steam locomotives.
