Hi all. I've spawned on foot at GC everyday in July & August and left the game running from 0745 to 0830 (as I've seen elsewhere Flying Scotsman should be there between those times) but it never shows up. I've verified the game files, that hasn't helped. I've definitely got Flying Scotsman and the 380 installed, and I've got NTP so going by this (https://dovetailgames.freshdesk.com...001147393-cathcart-circle-line-gameplay-guide) the 47 from that dlc should sub in to allow the Flying Scotsman layer to appear, but it still isn't showing up.
Perhaps it requires the 47 from Blackpool Branches to unlock the layer, and the NTP version only subs in if you already have it? Not sure If it helps, the Scotsman arrives in July on platform 2 at 07:56 am and leaves at 08:18 am, so if you want to check again you don't need to wait for 45 minutes to see if it arrives
