I was thinking how DTG can improve and make the formation designer more accesible for people! Mostly i think adding 'pictures' of which wagon/train with the class above it could be and big improvement to easily find the stuff you want! Some else is making catogries by train. F.e. BR 442, you can select that train, and then you can choose which wagons you want to add since find the middle coaches without knowing the name in the FD can be a pitty. option for Loaded/unload coaches or freight wagons More idea's are welcome below!
I'd like them to add off-rails mode to formation design, so I could ACTUALLY play trains from countries that don't use the same voltage as 15 kV. I would also like them to not LIMIT formations to couplers, or instead add a way to add new couplers to locomotives.
I want them to fix glaring bugs with formation editor first before thinking of any new features. How are we still unable to spawn in loaded freight? How are locos and EMUs still missing? Why are some EMUs separable but others not? Why are so many wagons given 10+ identical entries? Why are some separable EMU components labelled and others not? Why is everything taking so damn long to fix?
