Forum Section For Tutorials And Guides

Hi. We are missing such a section and probably it´s a good idea to have a place where we can store the tutorials, guides and relevant information about both game and real railways (such as their signaling rules) so that they are easy to find by users. Normally we link those things in other threads which are spread all over the forum and at the end it´s quite a bit messy.
