PC Framerate Locked At 30 Fps

I have this problem on my tsw2 ... practically the framerate (with f3 button) is locked at 30 FPS, even if I turn down the resolution it doesn't change, it’s always 30 fps ...in the options I put unlimited fps…I don't know because this happens, the pc is new, the GPU is an AMD 6700 XT…can you me help?

 

Did you set 30 FPS to min-FPS in your AMD Software at Radeon Chill?
