Xbox Series S Freight Services Missing On London Commuter

Just decided to revisit my old favourite and the freight services are all now missing. Is there any way these can be reinstated?

 

Southeastern Highspeed is required plus I think the new tsw5 gameplay pack which contains the hka wagons. I do have the class 66 for bml on my series s

 

I’ve got all cargo line packs installed plus SEHS

 

AFAIK you need to have both GWE and East Coastway installed.
