hello to all today I am proposing a new French which is Strasbourg Saint Louis (Bale) It connects the stations of Strasbourg-Ville and Saint-Louis and continues to Basel in Switzerland. It serves Colmar and Mulhouse in particular. The short section after the Franco-Swiss border is operated by SNCF. This line has a maximum speed of 200 km / h with TGV and TER 200 (BB26000 + CORAILS + PILOT CAR B5). The line crosses Alsace from north to south for nearly 136 km

Excellent suggestion and keep in mind had they decided to do this all the way to Basel CFF Station you need to terminate at 25kv 50hz Platforms because some tracks at Basel CFF Station are 15kv 16.7hz used by Domestic Swiss Trains. The exception here should be BB37300 & Rabe 522 those are Capable of Running 15kv & 25kv wires

I'd be interested in a French route that isn't a dedicated high speed line. I don't know how many stops we can expect on this route, and if it's shared with any commuter and freight trains?
