Idea for French Travel route (It would be a larger route and probably cost a bit more as it would contain a local train with a branch line in addition to TGV and also many puzzles and things to do!) With quite a few well known places and events..... Please feel free to add ideas. Much rather a TGV route where DTG has the SNCF license... Paris to Rennes via Le Mans and have a driveable Le Mans race car and track there and some other interesting items. Maybe some land marks along the route? You could drive a car to the land mark from the station and talk to some NPCs. Complete a puzzle or get information and rather than a mastery reward get something like a garden railroad and/or race track for cars (RC). Now that would be something different. Yes more work to do, but could have some French culture intertwined which could make it brilliant. Maybe a Mastery reward you could have a few marching bands on the Champs Eleysee playing national anthems, France, Britain, USA, Australia, New Zealand etc.... Maybe collect a national flag that has blown away in a field and return it to the embassy.... or police station etc Or even a a local train branch line that will really pump interest in it. Not long.
Really excellent idea on paper however DTG will try to link the French and the German networks look no further than my suggestion Appenweier Straßburg Hbf railway which was then taken by the developers as Karlsruhe-Straßburg Hbf route on TSC
But you 'suggested' something. I have suggested something. I am enjoying the product of TSW3. I want more!
Nope and I suggested that because it's the Main railway line the Germans built before World War I to link the largest city of German Alsace Lorraine to the rest of Germany. On American Military sites forums they mentioned that Strasbourg Ville it's actually the starting point the French Berlin Duty train which actually stops in the American sector Frankfurt then to the inner German border at Helmstedt
Right. I grew up in Kehl and had a classmate living in Strasbourg-Neuhof, who got me into Pink Floyd at the age of 13. Smoked a lot of cigarettes on the rooftop overlooking Strasbourg, thinking our parents wouldn't notice later , browsing certain "secret" magazines and drinking, listening to the bombastic Delicate Sound of Thunder on full volume (featuring the best version of Comfortably Numb ever recorded - this will be played on my funeral ). And now I'm living near Karlsruhe I was amazed when "my" Bahnstrecke Karlsruhe-Strasbourg came out for TSC and definitely support your suggestion for TSW!
