Frankfurt-Fulda Bugs (PS5)

- BR 146.2 unable to set destination screen
- PIS Shows in the middle of connected BR 423s (may not be a bug)
- Maps *sometimes* appear blurry when zoomed in
- Trash bins have no collision at Niedermittl
