Following on from my previous thread I have just had another crash on the same journey. What is going on DT? Please can you get this issue looked into. This is not an isolated crash its happened 4 out of my last 5 journeys on Hamburg route ICE 1581. ICE 585 Can someone please acknowledge this issue because as it is it's not playable. Any help from other people in the community would be appreciated also. Thanks

Hi. I think I may have had a breakthrough. I followed various steps to resolve crash issues with PS5 I'm not sure which one worked but it's a common issue effecting PS5 users. If the error is CE 108255-1 it's more than likely a conflict between various settings on the PS5. I turned off rest mode and disabled HDCP in HDMI settings as well as updating the PS5 from safe mode and am happy to announce that the route that has crashed twice I managed to complete no problem. The reason I am sharing this information is that it may be helpful for anyone in my situation who is slightly technologically challenged to try these processes to rectify the problem. I'm going to include a link that may be helpful. https://techartful.com/ps5-error-code-ce-108255-1/

I´ve just driven ICE1581 for the sake of testing. No probs, no crashes on my PS5. And with 4k res and HDR. It seems indeed something specific to your console.

Glad you've managed to resolve the issue! If you'd be happy sharing your PSN ID with me (privately), I can pass that onto the team so they can try to identify the source of the crash in the first instance.
