Steam G6 Hibernal Heaven - Duplicated Locos & Unable To Get Gold Tsw3

This scenario always seems to give me duplicated loco numbers.


Also I can only get silver on this scenario, for example my last score was 4806 AP with no over speeds, admittedly I did stop 14mtrs short of the final stop location however given the threshold for gold is 5000 I dont feel this lost me sufficient AP.
