When playing y104 scenario on sand patch grade the game crashes after about 20 minutes into scenario with a out of video memory object render message. I’m using Xbox one x, no other apps/games runningand powered on from cold boot not standby

So it happened to me. First time after picking up the first set of cars another 2 engines were blocking my way. I just advanced into them and took control of all 4 engines. Shortly after this is when I got the video warning and crash.

Second time I did it I made sure to move fast enough so I was past the point when the other 2 engines started moving. This involves remembering how to set points to save time. I noticed that the other 2 engines moved to the point I was at before, before switching direction and eventually connecting to the long set of cars from the last scenario. They stayed there for a while before eventually the entire train moved off.
I wonder if it's not actually a memory error but the game trying to interpret a timing screwup as the other 2 engines should have been somewhere else and not connected to me.

At least that's what happened to me. Restarted moved through before the other 2 engines could get in my way and have not had any other problems.
One last trick I learned when I got a video warning on TSW 2020, after the first time you get a memory warning on a scenario, save every time the train stops. On restart it seems to have moved past the memory shortage and you can continue without starting from the beginning.

    Hope this helps.
