PS5 Game Crashes While On Loading Screen

Ps5. I’m getting crashes while loading an Arrow service 3712 out of penn station on Morristown. The game starts loading, goes through some dtg advertisement screens and crashes after few seconds. Tried spawning on foot at 8:45 am at penn, and it crashed as well every single time. In the spirit of testing, I went offline and all of the sudden, it seems to load fine. This started happening today- was working fine before. It seems like the loading screen slideshow while online is overloading ps5 memory or something like that. Can dtg check if any of your loading screen advertisements is causing this issue?
