Hello! I'm experiencing a crash on Xbox One where, every time I'm around Würzburg Hbf, the game crashes and I'm forced back to the Xbox home screen. Seems to happen on all services. Thank you.

Could you submit a support ticket and include the following information, please? A complete list of the add-ons you currently have installed. Are your console and game up-to-date? Step-by-step instructions explaining how to reproduce a scenario in which the game crashes (this should be something you have tested and can confirm reproduces the issue) Screenshots of any error messages.
Hello Chris. - Currently installed are: Hamburg - Lübeck, München - Augsburg, LGV, Main-Spessart Bahn, Rapid Transit, Hauptsrecken Rhein- Ruhr, Rhein-Ruhr Osten, Ruhr Sieg Nord, Köln - Aachen and the default TSW3 routes. - Everything up to date. Currently playing on an XBOX One. - Just board any ICE (driving or as passenger) and leave Würzburg HBF. Game should crash after a few seconds/minutes. Haven't tested it with other trains. - No error messages are shown. Game crashes and I'm forced back onto Xbox home screen. Thank you!
Hi jan_hb , By "default TSW3 routes" do you mean the Standard Edition routes (Cajon Pass, Kassel-Wurzburg & Southeastern High Speed)? The default routes will vary depending on the bundle you have purchased. Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps? There are a list of official recommendations here: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/game-issues-solution However, I would also add reinstalling the affected add-on.
Hello Chris! Yes, I meant the stardard edition ones. I've looked at the troubleshooting steps, but I don't think that any of those will help, since the problem seems to be very specific. It seems almost like the Xbox can't process the amount of traffic/scenery at Würzburg and just crashes as a result. It's clear that the Xbox One has trouble dealing with some of the heavy processing needed to run parts of the game, since it's not uncommon to have performance issues, like frame drops, on some of the routes or when around some specific trains (e.g. the Dostos). I will try reinstalling the Kassel - Würzburg route in case the problem persists.
