This is how the game commonly crashes for me. For those who are unaware of what "Default Interior Camera" is, it is in the window menu when you want to go to the interior of your train, but you are a far distance away from the cab of the train. When you press this, a loading screen is supposed to pop up for a couple seconds so that everything around the front of the train is rendered. However, most of the time when you press this, it causes the game to crash. The only way around this bug is to fly over near the front of your train to go into interior view. This bug can be very annoying as most of the time I save my game just in case it crashes.
