PS5 Game Crashing

    I don’t know if I’m the only one is experiencing train sim world 4 for keeps crashing while playing the new Long Island rail road DLC

    It crashes every time I do a service, leaving NY Penn while it’s raining. I’m on PS5.

    I was just playing and not too long ago and I did it again and it only happens when it rains

    Same for me on PS5 in rain or snow. I’ve had no problem in dry weather.

    Our teams are working hard to address the crashing around Penn Station, thank you for sending in the reports (and including platforms and the details on the rain too). Currently, we don't have any ETA on an improvement, but we'll get back to you ASAP with more news on when we can deliver a solution for you all - Thank you.

    DTG Alex is there any sign of this being worked on?

    Had hoped that by some miracle TSW 5's version of LIRR would have solved this consider we are now 4 months later but the two crashes I have had this morning say otherwise

    Would have thought a game crashing would have been a priority but instead customers are treated with contempt
