Hi, before I could afford TSW 5 on xbox one series s, I downloaded the free starter pack and downloaded TSW 5 versions of all of my content. Months later, I bought TSW 5 deluxe edition, but my game icon still stayed the same instead of changing to TSW 5 deluxe edition icon. Even uninstalling TSW 5 hasn't enabled me to fix this issue. In my "games and apps" - "full library", I only see the starter pack icon to redownload, also going to the store and to deluxe edition prompts me to "manage" but then only let's me download free starter pack base game and add ons. I want to be able to download the deluxe version and icon, I feel like I'm being punished for initially downloading free starter pack and missing out on the more premium deluxe icon, the free starter pack icon is there taunting me every time I look at my dashboard, reminding me that I was low on money when TSW 5 first came out. Here's an analogy: Imagine you signed up for a free loyalty card at your local coffee shop. The card works, you collect stamps, you can get free drinks, and it shows a basic brown design that says "Starter Member." Later on, you decide to upgrade to the Premium Membership, which gives you extra perks: free pastries, priority queue, better rewards. You pay for it, and those perks are active on your account, the baristas can see you're a Premium member. But here's the catch: They never give you a new Premium card. You're still using the old brown "Starter Member" card. Even though your account is upgraded, the physical card you show people still says you’re on the free tier. You go back and ask for the updated Premium card, but they say: “No need, it’s all linked digitally, your old card still works.” Which is true, but it still feels wrong. Every time you use it, it looks like you never upgraded. You feel like you’re being treated the same as someone who didn’t pay, and you never get to see the premium status reflected visually, even though you're entitled to it. Please give us a way to choose what Icon displays on our dashboard and/or make a generic TSW 5 icon like we had with TSW 4 please.
I'm lost in translation. I still have my kids library card from 2nd grade. I wonder if it still works. Of course I wasn't allowed to drink coffee back then.
Probably because the "free starter pack" is the "game", and the different bundles on the store comes with it plus whatever dlc is in that bundle. That's just how it is, and there is nothing you can do about it. Not that I actually understand what the issue is.
Why is this even on here this is not problem. Does not affect the game what so ever. Total pointless.
