Xbox Series X Game Not Loading/crashing

Hi everyone,
this morning, I had a CTD just outside Stuttgart on the new Frankenbahn route. Since then, I haven't been able to start the game on Xbox Series X. It always CTD on the loading screen after about half of the loading bar. I own all DLCs and until today morning everything worked fine. I haven't installed anything from Creators Club. Other games load and work without any problems, so it's definitely TSW 6.
Does anyone else have a similar problem?
