PC Game Progress Between Pcs

Hello, I think I already know the answer to this, but I thought I'd check with the tecnical gurus here -

If I have Steam installed on two PCs, the in-game progress (ie completed journey mode, services, etc) won't carry over from one to the other unless I specifically copy the local Saved Game from one to the other (and back again) - is that correct?

 

Yes, unless something changed in the last 3 years which I think it did not, this is correct.
