That really is shocking and how DTG can just turn around and say to turn layers down to fix that is beyond a joke,
I didnt realise it has been going on for a few years,in past versions. Its my first real dive into the TSW francise, whilst most of it has been good, the little issues like blurry textures, save game slots, not being able to delete photos (!) to name a few grind you down after a while.Ive spent more on DLC in this game than any other game ive bought on console since my days on the original Playstation,so it does grate a little bit for me.Ive not invested as much as a lot of people on here but have spent enough. Advising us to turn layers off to get a route to run smoothly is laughable really,i know some peoples advice on here is to ditch the console and get a pc,stop complaining and buy a pc,yada yada but really? Is that the answer? I watched the stream where they said fixing blurry textures was a priority but,no disrespect to him,it just looked like answers to please people.Im not a software developer so i dont know the workings of code so cant give advice but if its released on console surely it should work properly?Again, the ones who defend DTG will say`but it runs on console........` The majority of the guys on these forums are brilliant and have helped me get started, answered endless questions with no complaints, even when ive asked the same question again and again.lol i cant fault them. Sorry for the rant but the whole TSW game issues thing has left a sour taste in my mouth.
Incorrect is when you can't complete the service because of a red light that doesn't change. Or the game crashes. Minor graphics issues aren't a problem. I'm in I've seen a lot of screenshots taken on consoles and the texture resolution there leaves much to be desired. If the whole image is blurry anyway, then where is the problem that there are a little more "smooth details"?
What I meant to say is that you just have to accept it. Consoles already have low-quality textures, even without blurring (by PC standards, it's a blurry mess). Is it really a problem when you add a little more? But problems with departures or a crooked timetable, when it is impossible to complete maintenance - these are real problems.
I’m about to forget about playing TSW games now. This is ridiculous even if I remove all layers it still crushes. Series s. Not sure if happening in series x. I’m about to get into some shooter games or flying games. I’ll come back to TSW. But when I come back if it still doing the same things bye bye TSW. Not gonna continue to spend my money on there DLC.
But is that just poor programming frpm the developers?Im not a software expert so just wondering why on TSW but not so on other games.
I got a little earlier. But it seems like a rare occurrence this route becomes blurry. I can spend 3-4 hours on it and not come across a single blurry texture.
