Epic Games Game Stuck On Loading Splash Screen

As the title says, went to use TSW6 like normal, without changing a single thing, and my game will now not progress past the very start of the loading and I am stuck on an infinite loading loop. I've used UEVR for a VR headset I got for Christmas, but this was 2 weeks ago that I started doing this and I've used the game about a dozen times with it on and it's always worked fine and loaded normally (note: I did not have it on for this session). I've also verified the game files, and everything came back normal. I'll try restarting it as a last resort, but I have almost 300 GB of routes from my cumulative years of TSW, so I would like to avoid that if I can, as it will take some time.

EDIT: Got it to work after updating driver and restarting, and I saved game after prepping safety systems since it's difficult to do in VR, and now after reloading it's no longer working, even without UEVR injected.

 

I had the same issue in the wee hours of this morning, tried verifying files and rebooting but it didn't help so I gave up. Just checked it and it's loading fine now so I think the Epic Games version was just having a brain fart.
