So i have seen a few minutes of gameplay and for me this game will not give a good vibe.... I know its EA but what i have seen sofar this not fun at all. It seems very empty and you see only cars with very less pedestrians and it looks like a very alpha quality. A sort of covid period that all the streets are very emty and its very large scaled so you have the feeling there is a lot off missing and empty places. I will pass this game until the quality is way better but what my personal experience is with ViewApp that they not really loyal to buyers!

I also noticed the price is $38.99 CAD, which is high for an early access game in my view. Makes me wonder what the eventual final price will be given what Derail Valley did. I'd love to take a look and give feedback but have to keep my budget in mind, unfortunately.

...that and the fact I've picked up a fixation for Splatoon again. :o

I personally look forward to seeing this game develop, but it will need more to be worth a buy in my view.

Also just looked at Derail Valley again since I brought it up. It's even higher. $51.99 early access. TS route DLC value right there. Good Lord.

Yeah its not my Kind of pricing politics but what i have seen in game is to much scoring points and i have more the feeling its based on a Progress game than in a simulation. But it have all already created trams and re used stuff so thats for even not worth this much of money

I watched a couple of ambassador streams. I got the impression they were trying to find positives but were struggling to find them. A lot of obvious bugs, terrible pop in of tram stops and very bland scenery. I was already leaning towards not buying it and they just convinced me.

That’s fine, it’s early access. For me I just can’t see anything in it to make me interested. I think my main issue is it’s fictional and doesn’t seem believable.

I’ve seen some other videos of a fictional team sim and that looked better than this. So I’m not really sure what they are trying to achieve with this.

I wish Viewsapp had continued with real cities and improved on that. I didn’t think Tram Sim Vienna was that bad and had a lot of potential to be improved. The fact it seems to have been abandoned already doesn’t give me hope for this game.

It’s a shame. I’d really like a good Tram Sim, but for me at least, this isn’t going to be it.

Sadly the whole release timing and price seems a bit of a misfire...

Next Tuesday we have the Class 218 coming out for TSW.
The Steam summer sale starts on 27th June (a week today) so £24.99 could buy a fair bit of content for TSC and/or TSW.
Both priority for Steam Wallet balance/gaming spend.

£24.99 in all honesty feels too much for early access, particularly having read the initial feedback. Just like the Trans Siberian train sim/adventure game which EA'ed for £10 less (and I still refunded) for the price being asked it ought to be a lot more finished and polished.
And there are still those of us smarting over our experience with DTG and Flight Sim World, what happened after buying into the EA.

Yes, there is that. I'm somewhat interested in this Tram Sim, but having bought Vienna and been disappointed, I think I'll wait and see what the Steam Summer Sale offers. If the sale price of FCL doesn't attract my wallet then maybe I'll take a chance.

I agree with what everyone here has said, I was also very disappointed after buying Vienna and hearing about all the promises and then it being dropped, it had great potential.
I wanted to give CTS a try and I know it’s early days but it feels to me as if it is going to not be as good as it could for us pc users as it needs to suit the console market, it needs to be more simulator for me to enjoy and less an arcade game but expect Im in the minority and they will make loads more money being more arcady and on the consoles.
Anyway have refunded as it kept freezing and crashing my pc so not playable for me but will be interesting to see how it gets on in the future.

I think given the almost complete lack of feedback being given here and that most of what has been said is fairly negative, they really ought to look at dropping the price of this to a more "early access" friendly level, maybe refund the difference to those who already bought it. Seems about the only way they are going to get people interested and on board to try the game out.
