I know there won’t be a chance that this will be a thing in tsw2 but they can do this there are already similar trains in the game so would it hurt. NO Trains class 321 /3 /4 Class 360 /1 Class 315 /8 Class 90 /0 & 82 mk3 Class 317 Class 379 Class 357 Class 345 Class 720/710 (plz don’t add this piece of sh1t) so this would be nice but too much trains for tsw let’s cut that down Class 321 Class 315 Class 90 Class 360
In short words - Similar trains but different are still as quick to make as a complete opposite train 4 trains is unlikely to start meeting any standard for route to release, unless those exact or most are already released
The London Liverpool Street to Southend Victoria line with the Class 315 and Class 321 (Classes 345 and 720 being another option) would be best if looking for an East Anglia route via the GEML. Other classes either don't feature predominantly or would only provide short drivable runs thus making their gameplay potential limited and their addition not worthwhile. The Greater Anglia license seems to be hard to obtain (based on all previous content in the TOC's region being unbranded in Train Simulator) so another alternative would be backdating to the 1990's with Network SouthEast liveried trains (giving additional scope for AC slam door units - even though I doubt there's much interest in this sadly).
If only running Liverpool St to Shenfield I'd say of the OP's four picks it would be logical to pick the 321 (probably in the Renatus configuration) and the 315. Plus maybe a 66 for for freight. 90s would make a good loco add-on in that particular period for both passenger and freight. Personally I'd like the route go further than Shenfield though. Personally I think it makes sense to have more mainline rather than the branch to Southend as you will get longer freight and Intercity runs. Ideally I'd prefer the same situation as TS going all the way to Ipswich with the Felixstowe branch but if that is too long Colchester would be the next logical end point. The branch to Colchester town would be a nice little addition too. Personally I would pick the sectorised era for the route as that has the potential for a much greater variety of rolling stock including most of the iconic trains which defined the privatised era of the GEML up until recent years.
