I've followed the instructions in tutorials on this (import .hgt files, enter route building mode, select the titles and click use selected assets, click create landscapes) but nothing about my landscape changes, it remains flat.
this happened to me a while back but then I added my lidar data to the tile and it altered my terrain to what it should have been
1.Create tiles: Mark all .HGT files and click "Use select assets" 2.Click on "Use Guides" under "Create Tiles" 3.Mark all .KML you have. 4.Click "Use selected Assets" 5.Click "Show Guides" 6.Open Console with button under ESC(You need ENG keybord setting) 7.Write KML in the console and look for"ts2ed.experimental.CreateSceneryAndLandscapeTilesFromKML" set a SPACE and set a 3 at the end. 8.Pusch ENTER. 9.After Generating write again KML in the Console. 10. Look for "ts2ed.experimental.CreateTrackTilesFromKML" set a SPACE and set a 1 at end. 11. Push ENTER This is how it works for me.
When i was using the ts2ed.experimental.CreateSceneryAndLandscapeTilesFromKML command to create my terrain I always had issues Which is why I changed my tutorial to use the hgt instead of kml to create the terrain
With "titles" you mean tiles? Did you created the tiles with the command "ts2ed.experimental.CreateSceneryAndLandscapeTilesFromKML" before you imported the .hgt files or thereafter? Because the former is exactly what I did wrong and my tiles were completely flat because of this. You need to import the .hgt files, then click on "Use selected Assets" before you use the command to create any tiles.
