PS5 German 422 And 423 Are Non-selectable In Livery Designer

today I was going to start livery realized when I clicked on the livery designer the trains were absent. I had about 28 DLC's installed and maybe thought it was add-ons manager not working, so I deleted the entire game with all of the DLC.

I first reinstalled Train, Sim World 3 , then I installed HRR Which is now the only DLC I have installed, but still not able to select the 422 and 425 in livery designer. I did not try to search for the trains in the search bar, but will attempt to later on and update this post if it happens to work that way.
I'm also signed into Dovetail life live

 

That's because the HRR DB BR 422 & HRR DB BR 425 aren't LD compatible unlike the HRR DB BR 101 + stock, which is LD compatible
