This is an often suggested route, but not specifically. This route runs from Bremen Hbf via Hamburg Hbf to Hamburg-Altona. The total length is 121,6 km (75,6 miles) and allows 200 km/h (124 mph). A benefit is that Bremen Hbf and Hamburg Hbf are already built.

The line has the following stations:
    - Bremen Hbf**
    - Bremen-Oberneuland
    - Sagehorn
    - Ottersberg(Han)
    - Sottrum
    - Rotenburg(Wümme)*
    - Scheeßel
    - Lauenbrück
    - Tostedt*
    - Sprötze
    - Buchholz(Nordheide)*
    - Klecken
    - Hittfeld
    - Hamburg-Harburg**
    - Hamburg Hbf**
    - Hamburg-Dammtor**
    S Hamburg-Sternschanze
    S Hamburg-Holstenstraße
    - Hamburg-Altona**
    Stations with a ** are operated by the IC(E)/EC, RE4 and RB41
Stations with a * are operated by the RE4 and RB41
Stations with a S before are S3 stations
The other stations are operated by the RB41

The travel time for the RE4 between Bremen Hbf and Hamburg Hbf is 70 minutes
The travel time for the RB41 between Bremen Hbf and Hamburg Hbf is 88 minutes
The travel time for the IC(E) between Bremen Hbf and Hamburg Hbf is 57 minutes
The travel time for the IC(E)/EC between Bremen Hbf and Hamburg-Altona is around 73 minutes
The travel time for the S3 between Hamburg Hbf and Hamburg-Altona is 11 minutes

The reason to place Hamburg-Altona is that it creates shunting options for the ICE maintenance depot. There are no regional trains connecting the Hamburg Hbf and Hamburg-Altona. These travellers are assigned to the S-Bahn.

The line is served by the BR 401 (build-in Kassel-Würzburg), BR 412, BR 101 (expert-version available shortly), BR 146 with Dosto in Metronom style (loc build-in Main-Spessart-Bahn) and BR 474/490.

The RE4 and RB41 drives every hour per service per direction. This train type also operated from Hamburg Hbf to Uelzen.

Between Bremen and Hamburg-Harburg the long-distance trains can drive 200km/h on LZB.

Building this route (including Eidelstedt depot) could realise a route to Kiel, Rendsburg of Husum in the future.

With the route hopping this could allow us to connect two currently independent routes, just imagine all the multiple hours spend on a single session. Yes I want to do this sometimes.
Also Metronom for TSW would be cool to see, as this would get rid of the classic Verkehtsrot, a step already done with the upcoming Flixtrain. Which could be layered onto this route...
Also more LZB action is always welcome.
