A new feature of TSW5 is route hopping, in which you can easily change from route at the same time and weather. With this, I suggest the route Leipzig - Riesa. The route is 77 km (48 miles) long in total, S-Bahn connection included. It has the following stations: - Leipzig Hbf* S Leipzig Markt S Leipzig Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz S Leipzig Bayerischer Bahnhof S Leipzig MDR S Leipzig Völkerschlachtdenkmal S Leipzig-Stötteritz S Leipzig-Anger-Crottendorf - Leipzig-Engelsdorf - Borsdorf(Sachs) S Gerichshain S Machern(Sachs) S Altenbach S Bennewitz - Wurzen - Kühren - Dahlen(Sachs) - Oschatz - Riesa* Stations with a * are operated by the ICE's, IC's, RE50 and S4 Stations with a S are S-Bahn stations The ICE's and IC's make the route in 30/36 minutes The RE50 make the route in 44/46 minutes The S3 drives between Leipzig Hbf and Oschatz in 60/68 minutes Most on the route are in TSW already. Only the BR1442 Talent 2 from the S-Bahn Mitteldeutschland requires a remake to TSW5 standards. And we need the IC2 for the Intercity services, which can also drive between Riesa and Dresden, Hagen and Wuppertal, Duisburg and Bochum, Bremen and Oldenburg(Oldenb), as AI services in Köln, Frankfurt(Main) and routes I even forgot or to come. The route hopper can make you drive the route to Dresden from Riesa and Dessau from Leipzig (with a change to the S2). Information about this route can be found in this Wiki link. Informationen zu dieser Route finden Sie unter diesem Wiki-Link. The S3 drives from Leipzig further to Halle Nietleben with a turnaround in Halle(Saale)Hbf. The extension to Halle(Saale)Hbf is 33½km (21 miles) long, without the high-speed-line via the Airport. I don't know or this extension is worth is, but you can comment your opinion.
Have driven this a few times in TSC but in all honesty it’s a relatively flat, straight section of line that doesn’t really offer much entertainment over the existing Dresden to Riesa (IMHO). Of course you could argue that route should have gone to Leipzig in the first place…
This would be very nice. But it only would make sense for me, if route hopping would be upgraded in a way to allow the player to hop within a service. Otherwise it would be annoying to end services in Riesa, get out, route hop and start (and find) a new service. So definitely yes to this suggestion, but only if route hopping would be upgraded.
The IC2 KISS drives between Dresden and Rostock* (twice a day between Chemnitz and Dresden), where it can only be used as AI service. And between Stuttgart and Zürich (CH). There are not enough DB IC2 KISS trains to make it for TSW (yet). The Bombardier IC2 has the benefit that the loc and cars can be copied from the existing TSW fleet and only need some small adjustments. It can help to make the route a few euros/dollars/pounds cheaper (hopefully). *The route is 195 km long from Dresden to Berlin and 215 km from Berlin to Rostock; too long to make.
IC2 KISS trains also operate between Vienna (either Hbf or Westbahnhof and Warnemunde) (looking at the map and it also goes through Dresden)
Translated to English: "The route will be in tsw5". I hope, but hopefully with an upgraded version of the Rapid Transit route
Would rather prefer to see this as an extension to Dresden-Riesa than two separate routes preferably. And yes, also agree with others that I'd love to see the IC Stadler KISS in TSW! Picture taken by myself
if the highspeed route from Wien to St. Polten ever gets done, this could be used for both DB/OBB services (IC bound for Warnemunde, starting from Hbf) and Westbahn services (from Westbahnhof)
English ?? Anything but no Russia or polski so anyone can understand you what your saying ghjhhgg#6963 Thx ;D
Translated from Polish (via Google) "When is this tour supposed to be please tell me". The answer is: Depends on Dovetail Games. I hope in the TSW5 era, but they deside
Translated to English: "I am from Poland, I can also speak English" My advice is to use a translation program, like Google Translate (what I did). That makes it conform to the rules of the DTG forum. (Moja rada jest taka, aby użyć programu do tłumaczeń, takiego jak Google Translate (co ja zrobiłem). Dzięki temu będzie on zgodny z zasadami forum DTG.)
