I have been playing around with German signals a little There is one kind of signal I have not been able to build. A main signal (Hv85-type) which turns itself off conditionally (depending on whether a route is set or not). For this, it would need to show no red/green/yellow bulbs, just the small white "Kennlicht"/marker light. The signal views which I checked seem to not even have the bulb for this installed, but I may be wrong here. Would the only way be to manually create the 3d model and script this kind of thing, and if so, does anyone have a pointer how to get started with that?
