After you complete a Bakerloo Line service and try to get out the drivers seat, it launches you into the roof and you cant move.
This happened to me as well several times over the course of the last days, on the BR 110 and n-Wagen cab car, both on LFR and BRO.
If you press 1 more than once in the cab, then the driver's seat becomes solid. This happens on all trains, but they don't have the same effect as the 1972 stock. Simply don't press 1 more than once in a row.
1 is the driver camera. On keyboard it's the button you'd press to return to the drivers seat from another (external) view.
