Lol, I've done the tutorial...so I decided to do a service. Master Key On, Reverser to Forward. Doors open. Passengers loaded. Doors closed. Realease brakes and add power and nothing. Just starts rolling back.

Please could anyone give Uber ultra simple instructions as to how to even get moving? Thank you

Key on, reverser neutral, press ctrl, then press "pan up shoes down" twice. Reverser forward. Make sure the DRA button in front of you isn't lit. Then apply power. (You can do passenger loading any time after the reverser neutral step).

You don’t need to put the reverser in neutral to change power modes, you can keep the train in forward and it will still work. Not sure if this is true to life or a glitch.

You only need to press it once at the start.

The only instace where you have to press it twice is at Ebbsfleet when going from DC to CTRL (From Faversham to London).

If everything was correctly set up you will see the "line volt" light on and the MCB/VCB light off.

You can also use the "P" key

Thank you for the reply. I'm now stuck outside of ebsfleet not able to move the train as can't raise the pantograph lol. Going towards London. This is on Xbox so no P key as far as I'm aware

Again, step.by step instructions for someone clueless would be amazing thanks

Run in to Ebbsfleet on third rail not as soon as you see the OHL.

To be safe I open the doors, hold CTRL button till it lights up, press the yellow pan up button below it twice and then press the DRA button so it lights up then goes off again. Do this all in neutral then go put it back in forward. Works for me.

Press and hold the CTRL button on the left side until it lights up. Then press the yellow "pan up shoes down" button below it once, then once again. Always make sure that the MCB/VCB lights on the left of the front panel light up as they are on the pictures above. The upper one should be lit while the below one shouldn't. Changing power modes doesn't require you to put the Reverser in Neutral so I don't even touch that.
