What game modes (timetable, scenario, journey, custom scenario) can yo Mobdro u give up control? I was in the mood to sit in the trailing loco and just have it on in the background last night but it felt like every mode I tried I was all alone. No creepy unspeaking orange vested conductor staring at me, and therefore not being able to give up control I'm assuming. VidMate Also does anyone know the amount of time it takes for the prompt to show up? This is on PS4, Sandpatch Route if that matters. Thanks.
You can spawn on foot and it'll load you into the timetable mode, just it puts you on the specified platform at the specified time, rather than on a train on a particular service. From here, you can board and ride any train (although you'll be booted out if you get on a train going off the map, so be careful!), or take over any train. If you spawn in a service, get out of the driver's seat and climb down from the train (I think you have to use the specific climb down functionality that sometimes appears if you look down when the cab door's open), and it'll probably give you a prompt to give up control, however it's one of those things that seemingly never happens when you want it to, but happens constantly when you don't. I don't think you can do that in journey mode and you almost certainly can't do it in scenarios (I haven't tried though).
All you have to do is stand up; the prompt always seems to pop up when I'm fiddling with the switches on the back panel.
The prompt should pop up in a few minutes if you leave the driver's seat, but only in timetable mode. Scenarios won't let you give up control.
