Xbox Series X Glasgow To Edinburgh

Tutorials are missing and the tms is non working with controller can only switch screen on and off will not work when clicking on confirm stuck on train formation confirmation makes me wonder if Xbox got same issue as PlayStation

 

I'm also not able to operate the TMS and I'm getting incredibly low frame rate (unplayable) on Xbox One. There also only seems to be 108 services in timetable mode rather than the more than 200 that were mentioned on the stream. The headlights also don't switch on.

I've just tried restarting my console and attempted to load a service but it's crashed my game and taken me back to the Xbox home screen. I've never experienced lag with any TSW routes before.

A few other minor points. It's disappointing that the GSMR isn't showing anything after it was introduced in the previous release and and there should an AWS self-test success message (the same as on the Class 387) as the train has the new version of the system.

It's shameful that this has been cleared for release and I'd urge anyone playing on Xbox One not to buy this game.

This is common on last gen consoles, they reduce the timetable because the hardware is not powerful enough to simulate a full timetable. It's done for all routes, I think.

 

If that's the case then this wasn't mentioned in the stream or in the detailed overview of services that was published on the TSW website last week.

AI trains running with tail lights at the front and back..... is this a joke???

 

This is common on a lot of TSW routes but despite feedback it keeps happening.

 

Anyone else noticing 94mph is maximum speed on level gradient???

 

That’s another error top speed should be 100 mph

Can confirm the above tech issues are being experienced from my end too. Additionally, I drove from Glasgow to Lenzie on the 0930 from Glasgow and just stopped at a red signal till I had to give up. Also being from the area, the sounds on Class 385 are really off, the running sound and motor sound above 2 mph are just sound off and recycled from the Class 484. However, I do appreciate it was said on the stream that talks are ongoing with ScotRail. Additionally, the cab door opens at lightning speed, which is way too fast in reality, and the internal carriage doors do not close automatically either. Additionally, I had a cable running through one of the gangways which I found odd.

 

Hopefully we get answers and fixes sharpish I’ve fed back to rivet games peoples issues

 

Training module is there you have to go in via the train, not the route.

TMS doesn't work other than turning on.

No Class 66 or 314 layers and only 105 services for Series X.

Pretty dire state tbh.

 

The silent treatment from dtg also needs addressing..... just saying

Thank you. Somebody from Rivet needs to offer an explanation about why it’s gone so wrong. I find it really difficult to understand why these issues weren’t picked up in testing. The new features sounded great, but are worthless if they haven’t got the basic rights.

Not sure. The thing is its being looked into getting the proper build uploaded and hopefully we can re download and play it to our hearts content Yes its a complete pain in the bum but what can you do. Gonna have a look at a few of the stations and possibly do collectables and explore and the odd service (if I can). lol.

I have Refunded this dlc was really looking forward to it. The announcement system is not working only turns on and wont do anything else ,poor motor sounds, head lights and tail lights on at same time on ai trains. Cab lights illuminate the cab but bulbs do not light up, same with downward light. Door handover light only illuminates on the right hand side door panel. All this found within 5 mins of playtime. This must be the wrong build. Xbox series x . How this got through testing us beyond me it's disgraceful. Will rebuy when announcements are fixed . I can live with the sounds for now though not great. I've just seen announcements about wrong build been sent to xbox. Will re buy later when correct build is released.

Ah well, it's not the end of the world is it, just technical issues on a new DLC.

Post update tms STILL doesn't work edit. Safety systems work as intended but confirm button on tms does not, is this for another update

 

I was a little confused why this problem was only on the PS versions and now I know why this problem is on both consoles so I think you have to wait for a longer period I guess... It's a complicated bug...

 

94mph bug has been resolved

 

The TMS Is still broken for xbox I think fixing quickly if not then xbox players won't play it

Unbelievable two builds that are wrong . Could not make this up. Its a joke.

 

After all the hype too. Thank god I bought the route with vouchers at least, anyone that didn't have that luxury though has every right to be fuming right now.

 

Sounds are a bit wonky too, nothing but whistling/rumbling noise for AI services once they're above a certain speed?

 

I was excited for this route however that excitement got sucked away, I’m very disappointed in this, someone at rivet must’ve said Macbeth
