    Hey all,

Just in case anyone is interested my latest 'Train Sim Cab Rides' release is a full 4K run of the West Coast Mainline, from Glasgow Central to London Euston. It's been a hell of a job to record, edit, render and upload so I hope someone gets some enjoyment from it! I also think it proves just what a fantastic platform TS2021 can be, and DTG would be nuts to walk away from it IMHO.

It covers (seamlessly I hope) the WCML Northwest & Scotland (the merge of WCML Over Shap & WCML North), WCML Midlands & Northwest, WCML Trent Valley and finally DTG's WCML South.

I am subscribed to your channel, I do enjoy your cab ride videos very much. I will watch for sure.

I agree, whilst I like TSW, for me I get much more use out of TS1, being able to make timetables and having so much stock to use, especially for historic routes which I prefer.

Thanks very much! There are some good TS2021 vids coming up - next arrival is a full run from London Euston to Liverpool Lime Street. It looks fantastic

No problem, they are very relaxing and make you realise what you can do with TS1. I will look forward to the Euston to Lime Street video.

This must have taken ages to record, mix, upload and process! Nice work hightower.

You wouldn't believe it. I hit the max-upload size limit for YouTube at 129GB, so had to re-render it (which took nearly 5hrs each time) to get it under the 128GB limit. It took 4 days to upload and then YouTube 8 days to process the 4K version. I was beginning to think it was going to fail! :)

You certainly deserve a medal for that. Well done indeed!

    Look forward to seeing it.
