Google Maps Misaligned

Hi, I am working on a route and everything was fine until a few days ago. To my shock this morning when I loaded my route and tried to lay some tracks, suddenly the google maps and tracks are misaligned. Why did this happen all of a sudden. It was all fine until 2 days ago.
Is there any way I can align the maps to the track?

 

First check the altitude of the google overlay over your terrain, could be a parallax err due to a height difference.
Also check the track is still at the correct level wit the terrain, there is a "feature" that sometimes raises or lowers the track.

 

I double checked everything and it seems normal. Only the map is not correctly aligned.

 

Something I've discovered is that Google maps occasionally moves about - I think it was the sheerness on sea branch - originally that was lined up to the google overlay but now it's something like a track width off (remember that specifically because have seen posts about "DTG being not accurate enough on that line)

 

It's a really annoying issue. Hope there is some fix out there.

 

Sadly its not an issue with the game, it's only data that is used via Google so it's more their end.
