Just for fun this one, I was running a diesel legends service into Paddington in the Class 52 and picked up a safety sign when I went through a station. I was doing 92mph, has to be a record speed for picking one up right? Makes me think though, is there not enough clearance for me to pass through this station without rubbing against it? Anyway, as I say, just a bit of fun. This was also 'Western Champion', can't remember but is that also one of the maroon 52's from WSR? If so I have now driven it in both liveries...pretty cool.
I did that once with a route map on GWE driving the HST, I just randomly collected it as I went past.
I managed that one on the diesel legends pack with my head out of the window. I think its the up fast at Ealing Broadway. Also the other one I have had but no as weird is a shovel in the 4 foot going through one of the stations between Hagen and Finnentrop. Regards Hentis
