PS4 Gp-38 Not Working In Sandbox Ps4

So I been waiting for dovetail to fix this after 3 updates and it's still not fixed everytime I'm in any US route no GP-38 is getting power its on but a dead unit no amps I set up everything and I even uninstall the game multiple times and it still won't work it's getting frustrating because a lot of American routes don't get as much detail as UK and German routes. Like couplers pull and pull more hoses movement locomotive versatility. Etc but I'm hoping this issue get fixed soon because Why Pay all this money for another game and we still have little problems like

 

It's not freeroam compatible as it is the very first loco they did for TSW (aka CSX: Heavy Haul) and is built in a different way than recent locos.
