As much as i prefer the GP7 highnose loco as a future add on.We seemingly are closer to perhaps getting a GP9 highnose. CANADAIAN NATIONAL - GP9RM is a converted low nose that was originally a former highnose. PENNSYLVANIA - GP9 Is unoffically TSW first Highnose loco.(Currently stationed at Horseshoe Curve on static display). So the next step is to do a functioning GP9 or preferably a GP7.There are many routes that could use it. So Stay On Target Stay On Target. Why not get someone in the trench to work on one.Or take your GP9 and put a highnose on it or turn that GP9 into a functional loco of build a GP7,Surely with all you have already done this can't be to overwhelming.
I'm actually kind of surprised we didn't get a high hood Geep or SD with Horseshoe, especially since some of the NS are uniquely set up to run long hood forward
What's my solution for that? High hood GP38-2's and high hood SD40-2's for HSC! Atleast what i can think of for now.
