I made an official New York Atlantic Railway livery for my gp38 - 2 and coupled that to a Amtrak acs-64, using scenario planner. I wanted to do this on Long Island Railroad but already had done it on Sand grade patch. I also want to add an update to how to change weather in train Sim World 2. I have been doing a lot of testing and can now say snow Works officially. I'm not too sure when it started working but I'm going to take a guess on the work of dynamic weather or possibly a core update may have fixed that small bug.
