Edinburgh Waverley (on Rivet's Edinburgh - Glasgow route) has it's concourse screens, however they show departures by platform (eg. Screen 1 is for P1, Screen 2 for P2, etc.) rather than being ordered by departure. Queen Street may have similar. The old British Rail PIS style (on TVL, NTP and WCL) shows departures from every platform on one screen, though. So I think the tech is there, to an extent.
Why not also do Munich, Dresden, Chemnitz Köln, Hagen, Wuppertal, Duisburg, Essen, Bochum, Bremen, and Oldenburg Central Station displays since these also lack the big screen displays? Duisburg Central station should also list Amsterdam CS as an end destination and for Munich Roma Termini and Budapest Keleti
