The Great Eastern Main Line is a 114 mile main line from London to Norwich, This suggestion is the 66 mile section between London Liverpool Street in Bishopsgate, London to Ipswich via Stratford, Maryland, Forest Gate, Manor Park, Ilford, Seven kings, Goodmayes, Chadwell Heath, Romford, Gidea Park, Harold Wood, Brentwood, Ingatestone, Chelmsford, Hatfield Peverel, Witham, Kelvedon, Marks Tey, Colchester, Manningtree and Ipswich. The route ideally will be set in 2019-2020

    Services:
There would be a vast amount of playable services all served by Greater Anglia on this route consisting of:
    Intercity:
1 Train Per Hour: Colchester Manningtree, Ipswich
1 Train Per Hour: Stratford, Chelmsford, Colchester, Manningtree, Ipswich

    Liverpool Street-Southend
3 Trains Per, Hour: Stratford, Romford (1tph), Shenfield

    Liverpool Street-Ipswich:
1 Train Per Hour: Stratford, Shenfield, Chelmsford, Hatfield Peverel, WItham, Kelvedon, Marks Tey, Colchester, Manningtree

    Liverpool Street-Clacton-on-Sea
1 Train Per Sea: Stratford, Shenfield, Ingatestone, Chelmsford, Witham, Colchester

    Liverpool Street-Braintree
1 Train Per Hour: Stratford, Shenfield, Ingatestone, Chelmsford, Witham

    Rolling Stock
    BREL Class 321 EMU
    Bombardier Class 720

    Opportunities for Branch Lines)

There are many branch lines available for this route but the 2 I will offer short extensions
    Colchester-Colchester Town
    Length: 1 Mile
    Services:
1 Train Per Hour Colchester Town-Liverpool Street
1 Train Per Hour: Colchester Town-Colchester

    Rolling Stock: Class 321/Class 720
Why this extension? Its a short shuttle service extension with some trains to London, just adds more to the Colchester area

    Ipswich-Felixstowe
    Length: 12 Miles
    Services:
1 Train Per Hour: Westerfield, Derby Road, Trimley
    Rolling Stock: Class 755 BMU/ Class 70/ Class 66
Why this extension? It is lengthy for an extension but the main reason why I suggest this extension is because it leads to Felixstowe Harbour, the busiest harbour in the UK, and 8th busiest in Europe and is served by GBRf, DB Schenker and Freightliner. It can add freight diversity to the route and as it isn't electrified also can feature Bi-mode Class 755 Multiple Units for passenger services. The 66 has featured as the main freight locomotive for modern British routes, so adding the Class 70 will diversify freight services on some UK lines

    Layers:
    Class 66 for freight services
Class 08 around Felixstowe (IRL these are owned by Freightliner)

    Additional DLC

Siemens Class 360 Desiro: Great Eastern Main Line (phased out 2020-21)

BREL Class 90 with M3 coaches and a DVT: Intercity Services (phases out 2020-21)

Leyland Bus Class 153: Ipswich to Felixstowe Branch Line (phased out 2019-2020)

If you want to include the trains you mentioned, then you may want to skip ahead a couple of years, because:

The 720's were only introduced into service late last year. The 755's were introduced a year later in 2019 replacing the 170's, 153's and 156's

There are also 2 Class 08's at Ilford Depot, although I'm not sure of the company that owns them.

745's came online early last year. By the time COVID had well established itself, they had completely replaced the class 90's.
