Great Western Express Remaster.

Will i have the Train Sim World 5 core features like the conductor mode unlocked, if i get the free starter pack? Currently i own the Great Western Express addon and i think that after Great Western Express remaster i will get these features, because Great Western express will be a Train Sim World 5 route, but i'm not sure, does someone know?

 

You should get those features, yes.

 

It just depends if the trains are made compatible with conductor mode.

 

The 166 will get Conductor Mode if I recall. The HST won't.

If I recall correctly the current plan is that the HST will also receive guard mode.

Begs the question why they didn't add it to the Pendolino then.

Both trains make limited stops.

 

I got the impression it was development priority more than anything else. They decided to start with commuter services, so that if they ran out of dev time they could say the Pendolino would be boring, instead of the issue we had with TSW4's suspension.

I also got the impression that guard mode for the Pendolino is not off the cards.
