PlayStation Great Western Express Speed Limit Signs

I’m on PS5 and having downloaded the update today, a vast majority of the speed boards on GWE now say 0. Seems to affect the passenger limits and not the freight ones. The limit on the HUD and red spot on the speedometer are fine. Some examples below. Been playing this route a lot recently so kind of stood out
Haven’t checked any other routes as of yet. I also don’t have Arosa or Sherman hill installed which were what the update today was mainly aimed at.
