I am not sure if I am supposed to post this in here or in another forum. I am playing on PC, however, it will affect all platforms and I didn't just want to stick it on the PC section. Nevertheless, please direct me if this does not belong here.

Despite the wonderful new signal colours on HLL (which I really like and would ask DTG to roll them out to all German routes, eventually), I have noticed that you have also changed the white signal lights on all protection signals (or shunting signals) to green lights on HLL. On all old routes this is not the case.

Situation on any other German route (HMA as an example)

This is a bug, as there are no green lights on these kind of signals IRL.

Not a deal breaker, however, an immersion breaker. If you get it fixed for HLL, perfect, if not, it will still work. Something look out for, for upcoming routes, though.

The shunting light color on HHL looks definitively weird, it should be white which it is not. Maybe something for the preservation crew to eventually fix.

I don't own HHL, but it looks to me like DTG tried to get the white signal lights more accurate. If you examine these pictures I found online, you can see that the white sometimes looks a bit dulled or washed out:

I'm not saying it's perfect, but I believe that's what they're trying to do. I do agree that the HLL ones (according to your pictures at least) look a bit too yellowish/greenish.

Don't look that different to my eyes... Maybe the whites are a bit bright on the TSW version?

Maybe it's the lens flare in TSW that makes it look a little off? If you look at the signals side by side (as you kindly put them, thanks :)), they look a lot better than I thought. Maybe I was too quick to judge. I do think it looks better than the original (HMA and before) style lights. Those are too clinically white.

The IRL ones don't cast a glow at all. I doubt even in pitch black they would flare at all. In the TSW ones they do seem to flare a bit too much, but I wouldn't say it's immersion breaking or overly serious. Maybe a minor amendment and point to note for the devs in future though.

Until the flare is sorted out, have a look around, there is a mod to tune it down

Mh, as I have a colour deficiency, I could not tell…

for me it looks like the shunting signals have the same green as the rest of the HLL signals?! Someone maybe able to comment on this?

EDIT: this is why I like the HLL signal colour, as I am finally able to differentiate between the yellow and the green:cool:
