I noticed after todays TSW4 update there is now a green loading progress bar under where the spinning wheel is at least now can wath the green bar to see if game loadig
Also there’s an issue with pixelated graphics on trains and scenery. At Blackpool north the signs are pixellated until you move in close then they sharpen up. Same on Sherman hill with the loco number in big red letters.
Yep - I have this too. Given how long TSW4 takes to load it's reassuring to see the bar gradually filling as confirmation that the game hasn't crashed!
