Would you already be registered when turning this on?

In the 323 if you setup up the train and turn on GSM its instantly registered but if you de-register it then register it then goes thru the registration process?

 

In real life you would manually input the code as seen in armstrong powerhouse packs.

 

Yeah that's what I thought. When you turn the GSM on in the 323 not 313. Its already registered.
